Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator to welcome patients and manage front-office duties in our community-focused practices. This part-time role emphasizes service, organization, and teamwork while delivering a positive patient experience.

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you’ll participate in a four-week training program, support scheduling, verify insurance, and handle deposits and payments, helping to build trust and loyalty with patients in Oregon.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
