Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) to join our team in Rhode Island. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding patient service, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and handling payments with accuracy within a supportive, training-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
