Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage front office duties, schedule patient visits, verify insurance, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient.

You will participate in a four-week training program and join a team with opportunities for growth, benefiting from a comprehensive package including PTO, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match, plus ongoing learning through TAG U.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient service with compassion according to policies and regulations.
• Schedule/confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
