Job summary

You will schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and handle payments with accuracy, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role emphasizes compassionate care and a collaborative team environment.

You will balance deposits, support nightly financial tasks, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager to help the practice run efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Organize patient charts.
• Verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
