Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during patient encounters.
• Answer phones and ensure courteous service at all times.
• Manage patient flow and ensure timely scheduling.
• Collect payments and handle daily reconciliations.
• Perform general office duties as assigned.
