Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role or patient-facing role.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone with professionalism.
• Basic computer skills: scheduling software, emails, spreadsheets.
• No prior medical experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients and visitors.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phone calls.
• Review referrals, update patient records, and communicate next steps.
• Keep patient flow moving, confirm appointments, and follow up on visits.
• Collect copays and payments accurately and professionally.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
