Job summary

Aspen Dental in North Conway, NH is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support front office operations and deliver welcoming, compassionate care. You will report to the Manager and complete daily tasks to create positive impressions and trust with patients.

A four-week training program will prepare you for success. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, time management, organization, and being 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
