Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as they enter the clinic and answer questions.
• Coordinate scheduling changes and direct patients to destinations; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Handle pre-registration steps including verification of benefits and pre-authorizations when needed.
• Collect data from new patients and assist with MyChart enrollment and co-pay collections.
• Update insurance information and complete Medicare questionnaires as needed.
• Assist with referrals, pre-visit planning, scheduling, and medical record management.
