Job summary

bVital is a regenerative medicine and brain health clinic in Park City, Utah. This role sits at the intersection of patient services, clinical coordination, and administrative operations.

You will ensure timely responses to portal inquiries, manage lab uploads, and keep accurate documentation across channels. You will collaborate closely with the clinical MA team, providers, and customer service, surfacing what needs attention and routing it to the right person, with follow-through until

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing medical office or customer service role.
• Comfort managing email, phone, portal messages, and ticketing systems.
• Strong written communication with clear, warm, error-free emails.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient messages, emails, and portal inquiries with accuracy and same-day turnaround.
• Upload lab results and patient records into Cerbo promptly and accurately.
• Triaging Zendesk tickets: respond, escalate, and close with follow-through.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and the clinical team for non-urgent questions.
