You will design and manage the guest’s bespoke experience from commitment to departure, coordinating with clinical and management teams to ensure a flawless program for each high-profile guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-touch coordination or luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse personalities.
• High emotional intelligence and composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to respond outside standard business hours for VIP guests.
• Experience working in healthcare is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and coordinate the guest's full VIP experience from commitment to departure.
• Collaborate with Dr. Eckel, Kitty, the VIP sales closer, and clinic management to build a customized program plan.
• Manage all logistics and communications to execute the plan seamlessly.
• Translate clinical plans into clear, guest-facing schedules and briefings for providers.
• Handle real-time schedule changes and coordinate with all teams and assistants.
• Maintain organized records of engagements and post-visit notes.
