Job summary

US Oncology Network’s Texas Oncology clinic in Rockwall seeks a Patient Services Coordinator to greet patients, register and schedule visits, and handle calls efficiently. The role supports Medical and Radiation Oncology and the TBS Departments, with a Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, proficiency with MS Office, and a commitment to compassionate patient care across oncology specialties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Receptionist or office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must complete required e-learning within 90 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, professional manner.
• Registers and schedules appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Answers and screens calls, directs messages to staff as needed.
• Collects co-pays, balances, and provides receipts.
• Maintains patient demographics, insurance data, and charts.
• Adheres to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
