Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some receptionist or office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must complete required e-learning courses within 90 days of occupying position.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors to the clinic in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Registers and schedules appointments for patients efficiently and timely.
• Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and relays messages.
• Collects co-pays and balances; provides receipts and models patient confidentiality.
