Panorama Eyecare seeks a Patient Experience Representative - Front Desk at our Eye Center of Northern Colorado clinic in Greeley, CO. You will greet patients, check them in and out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and provide accurate information under established guidelines.

This full-time role emphasizes friendly, organized service and confidentiality. Prior medical office or customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a medical office is preferred.
• Word processing/computer scheduling experience is expected.
• Knowledge of a typical office environment is expected.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and verify information.
• Check in/out for each doctor and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance information and referrals/authorizations.
• Collect payments and balance cash/receipts.
• Answer questions about insurance billing and policies.
• Direct patients to proper areas and maintain a welcoming environment.
