Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and guide them through check-in or self-arrival options.
• Collect copayments and other applicable payments at service point.
• Verify and update patient registration, demographics, and insurance coverage.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and connect patients with ancillary services as needed.
• Promote MyUPMC portal and assist patients in registration.
