Qualifications

• High School Required.
• 1-3 years Customer Service Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (Medium proficiency).
• Excellent interpersonal skills (Medium proficiency).
• Excellent communication skills (High proficiency).

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between patients, families, and medical/administrative teams.
• Engage patients/families to enhance their involvement in care.
• Listen to concerns, mediate issues, and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to service recovery initiatives for dissatisfied patients.
• Participate in developing initiatives to improve patient and family satisfaction.
• Join multidisciplinary committees to bring patient/family perspectives into improvement efforts.
• Share trends from patient feedback with leadership and suggest improvements.
• Welcome and direct patients and visitors, issue passes, provide hospital guideline information, and answer phones.
