Aligned Modern Health is seeking a Front Desk Associate/Clinic Manager for our Mount Prospect clinic. The role offers full-time hours with a friendly, service-oriented focus to ensure outstanding patient experiences.

The position pays $39,000–$45,000 per year based on experience, plus annual bonus potential. Schedule: Tue, Wed, Thu 12:00pm–8:00pm; Fri and Sat 8:00am–3:00pm. Our growing health and wellness team emphasizes patient-first care and collaboration.

Formación

• Patient-first attitude and ability to provide 5-star service.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people; sales, hospitality, or events experience is a big plus.
• Passionate about health and wellness.
• High School degree required.
• Flexible schedule including some holidays, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds; sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the best patient experience in a clean, friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Serve as liaison between patient, provider, and support team (scheduling, billing, etc.).
• Contribute to patient-first, team-based culture at AMH.
• Ensure scheduling success with patients.
