Job summary

Aligned Modern Health is seeking a Front Desk Associate/Clinic Manager for our Mount Prospect clinic. The role offers a salary between $39,000 and $45,000 per year, plus annual bonus potential, with a schedule of Tue–Thu 12:00pm–8:00pm and Fri–Sat 8:00am–3:00pm.

The position focuses on delivering an outstanding patient experience, coordinating between patients, providers, and the support team, and contributing to a collaborative, patient-first culture.

Qualifications

• Patient-first attitude and ability to provide 5-star service.
• Collaborate with others and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a desire to help people; prior experience in sales, hospitality, or events is a plus.
• Passionate about health and wellness.
• High School diploma required.
• Flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holidays, early-morning, evening, and weekend availability.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds; sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently.

We are looking for an outstanding, personable, team and service-oriented professional to join Aligned Modern Health as a full-time Front Desk Associate/Clinic Manager at our Mount Prospect clinic. The role pays $39,000-$45,000 per year (based on experience) plus annual bonus potential. The schedule would be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 12:00pm-8:00pm, Fridays and Saturdays 8:00am-3:00pm.
