Job summary

USC Care Medical Group seeks a Data Analyst to leverage data analytics, performance metrics, and operational insights to improve patient experience, access to care, and capacity management. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, develop dashboards and reports, and partner with clinicians and administrators to drive improvements in patient flow and resource utilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
2+ years experience as a business data analyst.
2+ years healthcare experience.
Proficient with Excel, Word and Power BI.
Working knowledge of databases and statistical software.
Experience with business statistics and data analyses techniques.
Previous healthcare experience in HIM/Clinical Revenue Integrity/Revenue cycle.
Ability to manage and analyze data.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
Exceptional time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to develop comprehensive data-driven solutions.
