Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of experience as a business data analyst in healthcare.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of databases and statistical software.
• Experience in HIM/Revenue Integrity/Revenue cycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient experience data and capacity metrics to identify drivers of performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and clinics.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to translate data into actions.
• Ensure data integrity and conduct audits to resolve data gaps.
• Support capacity management by monitoring access indicators and template utilization.
• Present findings and provide training on reports and dashboards.
