The role involves scheduling appointments, handling calls, and processing Rx refills within Epic to ensure smooth patient flow. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of medical office experience, and EPIC knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year experience in a medical office setting preferred
• EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule office appointments and procedures and take accurate messages.
• Make reminder calls to patients per office protocol and process Rx refill requests.
• Send referrals into Epic and ensure proper patient in-system referrals.
• Provide information on physicians, directions, and educational materials to patients.
