Responsibilities include taking messages, processing Rx refill requests via Epic, and ensuring referrals are in the system. Onsite work is at Mercy Personal Physicians in GLEN BURNIE, MD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in a medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule office appointments and procedures; take accurate messages.
• Take Rx refill requests and send through Epic to provider pools.
• Provide patients with information and directions; answer questions and promote patient service.
