Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Verify patient information and insurance details; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the EHR system.
• Coordinate with front desk, billing, and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.
