Falck is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist for our Mesa, AZ office. You will address billing inquiries with empathy, explain procedures, and assist patients with payments and insurance navigation in a respectful, privacy-conscious manner.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of Customer Experience with emphasis on customer advocacy.
• Healthcare, emergency services, or contact center experience preferred.
