• Maintain positive relationships regarding outstanding balances and payment options.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality standards.
• Record patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Patient Experience team to improve customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze patient feedback for continuous improvement.
