Job summary

Williamson Health in Franklin, TN is seeking a Floor Ambassador to support patient meal service and room service operations. You will take and deliver meals, document tray deliveries in the electronic system, and help manage the trayline flow according to dietary orders.

This role may also involve answering calls and taking patient room service orders. Schedules can vary, with responsibilities alternating between floor, line, and call center tasks to meet department needs.

Qualifications

• High school education, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal or written instructions in English.
• Hospital food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take, enter and deliver meals to patients and guests per facility policy.
• Enter data into the Electronic Diet Office and document tray delivery times/locations.
• Start the trayline flow of orders through Room Service according to the diet.
• Answer and place phone calls to patients and take Room Service orders per diet orders.
• Work as Floor, Line or Call Center Ambassador based on schedule; shifts may fluctuate.
