Job summary

Williamson Health is seeking a Floor Ambassador to deliver meals to patients and guests, enter orders into the Electronic Diet Office, and document tray deliveries. The role may shift between Floor, Line and Call Center duties based on daily schedules, supporting the nutrition team and ensuring timely service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to understand and follow English instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must understand and follow basic verbal or written English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take, enter and deliver meals to patients and guests per facility policy.
• Enter data into the Electronic Diet Office and document tray deliveries.
• Start trayline flow of orders and act as Floor, Line or Call Center Ambassador per schedule.
• Ensure trays are delivered within 45 minutes of order and communicate patient needs.
• Support dietitian, staff and nursing to ensure diet and patient protocol correctness.
