Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida seeks a PX Coordinator to support patient experience initiatives across campus priorities. You will coordinate daily PX activities, engage with patients and families, and help capture real-time feedback to drive improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of healthcare experience, with Lean/Six Sigma or related methods preferred. Full-time daytime shift with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 1+ year of healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, or Design Thinking) preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills necessary.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on patient experience excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of PX action plans aligned with campus priorities and PX goals.
• Coordinate daily PX activities; engage with patients, families, and staff through rounding and feedback collection.
• Monitor frontline patient experience delivery; identify trends and escalate issues to the PX campus leader.
• Support daily huddles and rounding by sharing real-time patient feedback.
• Promote a PX-first culture by recognizing frontline staff and celebrating positive feedback.
• Coordinate PX-related training and mentorship with campus leaders and teams.
• Track and report basic patient feedback metrics to support data-informed decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
