Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence support to patients, families, staff.
• Review and classify feedback and complaints for resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Senior Specialist.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues.
• Document and follow up on patient concerns.
• Adhere to policies and protect patient information.
• Identify process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.
