Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Patient Ambassador in Akron, OH to represent the Patient Experience Team on the unit and complete patient interviews and new admissions. Shifts run 11:00 am–7:30 pm and 1:00 pm–9:30 pm; weekend availability is required.

Prior customer service with families/patients is required. You will contribute to hospitality, patient satisfaction, and account retention while supporting housekeeping duties and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Experience working with families, patients, and children is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient interviews and new admission visits.
• Represents the Patient Experience Team on the unit.
• Demonstrates hospitality and respect toward customers.
• Supports client satisfaction and account retention.
• Assists in developing and monitoring patient satisfaction plans.
• Performs housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
