Qualificações

• Experience delivering friendly patient service and handling payments.
• Capable of verifying insurance and explaining financial responsibilities.
• Proven ability to schedule appointments and navigate patient portals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm greeting to all patients.
• Guide patients through self-arrival technology or desk check-in.
• Collect copayments and other payments at the point of service.
• Update patient registration and insurance information at checkout.
• Schedule follow-up appointments within the practice.
• Assist patients in navigating the MyUPMC portal and registration.
• Verify benefits with carriers via online systems or calls.
• Communicate HIPAA requirements and obtain necessary signatures.
• Route calls to appropriate departments and support staff.
• Support office tasks like scanning medical records and faxes.
