Strive Health is seeking an Enrollment Associate to educate patients about available healthcare services and directly schedule visits with our provider team. The role emphasizes empathy, patient-centered care, and building trust as you guide patients through enrollment.

You will work in a high-volume, remote contact center with hybrid-remote flexibility, supporting Strive's mission to improve kidney care and patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ of combined education, experience, or certification related to patient enrollment.
• Internet Connectivity - min speeds 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down) and latency <60 ms.
• Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.
• Ability to work 10:30am – 7pm Central.

Aufgaben

• Educate patients about eligible healthcare services and schedule provider visits.
• Collect sensitive patient information to assist care teams.
• Build trust-based relationships and present Strive’s care model.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments.
• Monitor KPIs: daily contacts, first call resolution, average handle time.
