Job summary

Convatec is seeking a me+ CARE specialist to drive consumer engagement and sales through phone and digital campaigns, sample programs, and support calls. You will identify consumer needs, provide tailored information, and help improve quality of life through Convatec’s product portfolio.

In this role you will follow up on leads, manage campaigns, and provide outstanding service while meeting monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of call center experience and/or sales from tele-sales and/or indirect sales activities.
• Experience working structured and efficiently with inbound/outbound campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to try new processes and provide feedback to management.
• Proven ability to conduct structured conversations and troubleshoot for consumer-focused solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Competitive drive for sales with caring approach in healthcare.
• Strong patience and empathy for consumers.

Responsibilities

• Consumer Engagement and Sales: Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to follow up on consumer samples and other leads; foster interest in Convatec products through dialogue with patients; identify customer needs and present tailored information.
• Support Services: Provide solutions impacting consumers and support Convatec’s portfolio; handle calls regarding product and customer service issues; collaborate with me+ resources for a thorough consultative experience.
• Performance Targets: Plan and prioritize time and sales/support activities to achieve revenue goals; meet monthly targets.
• Customer Experience: Provide a positive customer experience with life-improving advice; ensure interactions comply with guidelines and regulations.
• Product Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of Convatec’s product range and market dynamics to provide accurate information.
• Feedback and Insights: Share campaign feedback and consumer insights with marketing.
• Data Management: Update customer profiles, notes, and follow-up steps in contact/database systems.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in coaching and training; maintain a positive phone image.
