Job summary

Convatec seeks a me+ CARE specialist to drive consumer interest and sales through phone and digital campaigns, including leads and product sampling. You will support customers with tailored information and solutions while building strong relationships and collecting feedback for the marketing team.

You will engage end-consumers with Convatec’s trusted portfolio, delivering life-improving advice and guiding conversations to capture sales while adhering to guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales/customer service experience.
• Proven call center experience and/or tele-sales experience.
• Ability to conduct structured conversations and provide consumer-focused solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong empathy and patient-focused approach.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Engage consumers via outbound and inbound calls to generate interest and sales.
• Provide solutions and support for Convatec products and services.
• Plan and prioritize time to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and post-call notes.
• Develop product knowledge and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with me+ resources for a consultative experience.
