Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly on patient-generated leads within established timelines.
• Educate prospective patients about services, providers, resources, and enrollment.
• Help convert leads to appointments, tours, and first visits.
• Coordinate clinic tours to provide a welcoming patient experience.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to smooth scheduling, check-in, and visits.
• Conduct outreach by phone, text, and email to support retention and conversion.
• Create and distribute patient materials (brochures, welcome packets, resources).
• Participate in community events, health fairs, broker events, and activations.
• Support event operations, including registration, lead capture, and onsite activities.
• Document patient interactions, outreach, appointments, and outcomes accurately.
