Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a dynamic Manager of Patient Engagement to lead our Care Coordination team and optimize patient access to mental health treatment. This role will oversee Care Coordinators and Case Managers across multiple locations, driving performance, coaching staff, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience throughout the treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive clinical operations management experience, preferably within specialty healthcare, behavioral health, or mental health settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with electronic health records (AdvancedMD preferred), Salesforce, learning management systems, or similar healthcare platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Care Coordinators and Case Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive team performance with KPIs and operational goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and development initiatives.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
• Ensure adequate staffing to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Resolve patient concerns and escalations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Operations and Revenue Operations to improve patient access to treatment.
