Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive clinical operations management experience in specialty healthcare or behavioral health settings.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with electronic health records and healthcare tech platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Care Coordinators and Case Managers across multiple locations.
• Establish, monitor, and drive team performance through KPIs and operational goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and development initiatives.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members.
