Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Collierville, TN is hiring for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) to support dining services at Baptist Memorial Collierville. The schedule is 6:30 am to 6:30 pm with rotating weekends.

You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and collaborate with care teams to meet nutritional requirements. Prior food service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, food service, and hospitality experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing on nutritional needs.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, preferences, or restrictions.
• Assemble meals according to patient orders and retrieve trays on time.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and HIPAA policies in daily tasks.
• Support dietitians and monitor patients on special diets as required.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed.
