Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Baptist Memorial Collierville in Collierville, TN. You will assist with menu selections, assemble, deliver and pickup meal trays, and support patient satisfaction on assigned units.

Requirements include 1 year of customer service, food service, and hospitality experience. Schedule is 6:30 am–6:30 pm with rotating weekends; pay is $15–$18 per hour with

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of customer service, food service or hospitality experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and follow safety guidelines.
• Able to work in a healthcare dietary setting with patient-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary requirements.
• Assemble, deliver and retrieve meal trays on a timely basis.
• Maintain HACCP-compliant sanitation and patient safety standards.
