Qualified candidates have at least one year of food service experience in healthcare, are able to lift up to 100 pounds, and are available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet dietary requirements.
• Assemble and deliver meals, retrieving trays on schedule.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and sanitation throughout duties.
• Coordinate with dietitians and caregivers on allergies and special needs.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Follow HIPAA and health/safety policies and procedures.
