Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for part time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) positions at California Rehab Institute in Los Angeles, CA. The role supports patient meal service and quality in a healthcare setting.

Shifts run 10:30 am–6:30 pm, 11:00 am–7:00 pm, or 11:30 am–7:30 pm, with days varying. Prior food service and healthcare experience is required along with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Assist in determining menu alternatives for allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays from patient rooms at scheduled times.
• Follow HIPAA, sanitation and safety policies and HACCP guidelines.
• Support dietitians and monitor patients on restricted diets.
