Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) for full-time and part-time shifts at Mayo Clinic in Osseo, WI. The role focuses on assisting patients with menu selections, preparing and delivering meals, and supporting a caring healthcare team.

Shifts run 11:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. We offer competitive pay ($18.00–$19.00 hourly) and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualificações

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing on dietary requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, cultural or religious preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays on time.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines, clean work stations and adhere to HIPAA policies.
• Monitor patient safety and satisfaction by accurate meal delivery.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in Morrison Healthcare policies.
