Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full or part time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) positions at Mayo Clinic in Eau Claire, WI. Schedule includes full or part time with rotating weekends and holidays.

You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure meals meet dietary and safety requirements. Previous patient services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet dietary requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and deliver at the right time and temperature.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and sanitation practices; follow infection control policies.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in Morrison Healthcare policies.
