Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Patient Dining Solutions Support Manager to oversee hospital dining services with 100% nationwide travel. The role is on-site and requires living near an airport.

Key duties include leading a patient service team, ensuring dietary compliance, and driving patient satisfaction while conforming to HIPAA and regulatory standards. A degree plus relevant certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year food services or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• CM, Certification in Dietetics preferred (CDM or RDT).
• Experience in food service management, preferably in acute care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and oversee patient food service delivery per medical guidance.
• Hire, coach, train, and develop patient service staff.
• Ensure dietary restrictions meet diet orders within guidelines.
• Help achieve patient satisfaction goals and participate in QA programs.
• Adhere to regulatory standards including HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Lead patient satisfaction initiatives and departmental meetings.

This position is 100% nationwide travel, based near a major airport.

This is an on-site/in-person role.

Schedule: 10 days on (counting travel days), 4 days off.

We are seeking a Patient Dining Solutions Support Manager to be a part of our Patient Solutions Team.

This role is 100% NATIONWIDE TRAVEL with a work schedule of 10 days on, 4 days off.

Key Responsibilities.

• Establishes goals and overseesimplementation of patient food services needs based upon medical direction and patient population
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members
• Complies with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to ensure optimal food preferences are met within guidelines of the diet order limitations
• Ensures patient services staff assists in achieving stated patient satisfaction goals
• Complies with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies
• Participates in/ leads patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs

Qualifications.

• Associate degree with one (1) year work experience in food services or related field, or bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field
• Certified Dietary Manager certificate or Registered Diet Technician preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in food service management preferred in an acute care setting
• Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record, and diet office systems
• Live near an airport
