Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Dining Services Manager I to lead the main dining room operations and ensure high-quality patient and employee meals. You will supervise a team of food service professionals, coordinate with the Chef and facility leadership, manage service standards, sanitation, safety, and assist with budgeting and menu development.

This role emphasizes guest service, program rollout, and collaboration with marketing to align dining with the facility's care

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience in healthcare, education, or corporate dining desirable.
• Waited table and catering experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees dining services operations for a small to medium location.
• Interacts with customers, resolves complaints professionally.
• Assists in budgeting and P&L management for the account.
• Works with the Chef and management on menus and food quality.
• Manages meal service, sanitation, and infection control.
• Supports rollout of new culinary programs with marketing.
• Prepares quarterly reports for client presentations.
• Collaborates with marketing to drive sales through menu innovation.
• Ensures food programs reflect the company vision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
