Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services, part of Morrison Healthcare and Compass Group, is hiring a full-time Patient Services Lead for St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will coordinate patient meal service, train associates, and help ensure compassionate, efficient dining support for patients.

Schedule varies across Sundays to Saturdays with AM/PM shifts. Prior related experience is a plus; willingness to train is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure the Patient Dining Program service objectives are met.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they assist patients with menu selections and tray delivery.
