Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Patient Services Lead at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX. This full-time role coordinates patient meal service and manages the Patient Dining Program to ensure comfort and nutrition.

The schedule runs 5:00 am to 7:30 pm; prior customer service or food service experience is preferred, bilingual is a plus. You will supervise dining associates, assist with menu options, and collaborate with nursing and culinary teams to meet

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read safety rules and procedures.
• Aptitude to operate hospital ADT and computer systems for patient records.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and move carts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems to meet patient dining program objectives.
• Supervise dining associates and assist with menu selections and tray delivery.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies and dietary preferences.
• Coordinate with nursing and culinary teams on meals and tray processes.
• Address patient needs and communicate issues promptly.
• Support dietitians with patient nutrition monitoring.
