Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and current information for each patient on assigned unit(s).
• Assists Dietitian with monitoring of patients on modified diets and intake records.
• Adapts to physician-ordered modified patient diets and ensures timely service.
• Helps patients with menu selections and assembles meals on trays.
• Delivers and picks up meal trays and communicates patient issues to staff.
• Adheres to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
