Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with the diet prescription and obtaining preferences within that diet.
• Operates register and completes close out and deposits as well as over-ring corrections.
• Cleans and sanitizes all equipment and work stations.
• Performs routine sanitation tasks including sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal.
• Prepares and serves food accurately following menu and portion guides.
• Stocks stations with food, supplies and other needed items.
