Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at Christian Hospital in Saint Louis, MO. This is a temporary position with 12-hour shifts; days and hours vary and there is a potential for transitioning to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include helping patients with menu selections, assembling and delivering meals, and coordinating with nursing and dietary teams to meet nutritional needs while upholding safety standards and HIPAA policies.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Aufgaben

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays from patient rooms.
• Coordinate with caregivers and culinary team for allergies, sensitivities and preferences.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA and infection control policies and procedures.
