Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Spartanburg, SC is hiring for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) to work on hospital units, helping patients with menu selections and delivering meals.

The role requires teamwork with nursing and culinary staff to meet nutritional needs, adherence to HIPAA and HACCP, and accurate, timely meal service. Training is provided, and rotating weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and push carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist on assigned units to help patients with menu selections and deliver meals.
• Assemble and retrieve meal trays accurately and on time.
• Follow HACCP and HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient safety and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure nutrition requirements are met.
• Complete daily, weekly or monthly required reports.
